Customer care
A little help
with the right choice.
Start with the product details. Ask us when something needs a closer look.
How do I choose pet apparel?
Measure your pet’s chest, neck and back. Compare those measurements with the exact brand and model’s size chart. Size labels vary between makers.
Which grooming tool should I choose?
Match the tool’s texture and size to the coat, grooming area and task. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use a gentle approach.
What should I check for a toy?
Choose for your pet’s size and play style. Supervise play, inspect for damage and replace a worn toy. No toy is indestructible.
How can I check delivery or an item’s availability?
Email our team with the product name, the option you need and your destination country. Ask for confirmation before arranging an order.
